I wanted to pint you to a cool PDF magazine called Suspense & Decision. The new issue has a nice promo for Rogue Space in it including the sample the free sample rules!

Thanks for the call out Charles, I hope your readers enjoy it and maybe decide to explore the dark frontier!

    Chris,

    I tell you what, this zine is really enticing to getting started in a PBM game. It has brought to light that these games still exhist and have a decent fan base. The real draw back to this platform is the associated costs.

    I'm curious, is there a Rogue Space PBM in the works? I think the mechanics would work well for such a thing. My guess is that the editor thought the same.

      I only remember PBM games as ads from Dragon Magazine and The General as kid in the 80's and never actually gave the format a try. I remember the ads for HEROIC FANTASY quite vividly. I like that Charles is still rallying folks around this classic game format and was surprised, but grateful he wanted to include Rogue Space in his PBM magazine!

      I have no plans myself, nor knowledge of a PBM Rogue Space game, but on the Dark Frontier, who know what might happen?
